About Me
Hey hi, I'm Abhishek Gaur. I'm a Founding Engineer at Curie Money, where we're building India's first UPI app that lets users earn mutual fund returns (~7.3%) while spending via UPI instantly. I lead backend architecture using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
Previously, I spent 2.5 years at slice as an SDE II, owning the orchestration microservice powering their borrow and personal loan products. Before that, I interned at HackerRank working with the CTO on a DevOps interview platform POC. I'm a BITS Pilani '22 alumnus (dual degree in Civil Engineering and Chemistry) where I founded SUTT, the most sought-after tech student group on campus. I've also been a Google Summer of Code '19 contributor and Google Code-in '19 mentor.
